John Travolta

Speaking of stage actors, another star who started his career in this medium would be John Travolta. For his passion for the performing arts, though, it’s safe to say a big portion of the credit goes to his mother, an experienced actress in her own right. With that said, a few of Travolta’s earlier works include productions for titles such as Over Here! and Grease. Well, a few years later, who would’ve thought it would be his performance on the film adaptation of Grease that would bring him to stardom?

Since then, Travolta has become one of the most well-known figures working in the entertainment industry. Some of the projects he has worked on through the years include films such as Carrie, Saturday Night Fever, Face/Off, and Broken Arrow. Besides acting, however, Travolta is also a licensed private pilot who flies his own aircraft. He also wrote a book about a boy’s first-ever flight entitled Propeller One-Way Night Coach.
